Reading a thread on the Ruger LC9 got me back to reconsidering 9mm for a smaller pistol. I like the G26 well enough but just isn't as small as I would like.

Has anyone had the luxury of firing either a Nano or a Solo yet? I really like the looks of the solo but the price is way out for what I am looking to pay for a pocket pistol.

I think the Solo is a very nice pistol. One of the guys that works at the range I go to has one. I have shot it a couple of times. It seems smaller than the LC9 and the trigger is infinitely times better. You hit the nail on the head with the price. I know it says Kimber on the side, but when he told me what they sell for I quickly handed it back to him and said that's too rich for my blood. Its a nice gun, but man, oh man they are proud of it.

Shot the Nano. Striker fired. Odd that it has no slide stop lever. You can unset the trigger by inserting a small punch(handcuff key) in the frame. You also need a coin or scre driver to take the pistol down. By the by, it shot great.
