I feel odd that my third post on this forum is going to be about the Cult of Muhammad, but here it goes:
I opened up my devil's cook book/Quran, which incidentally has gained a lot of dust(I wonder why...), to Surah 16:106:
Any one who, after accepting faith in God, utters Unbelief, - except under compulsion, his heart remaining firm in Faith - but such as open their breast to Unbelief, on them is Wrath from God, and theirs will be a dreadful Penalty.
So if you are "compulsed", it is "okay" to lie about their faith(i.e. admittion of Muhammad is a prophet & Allah is God); this is in quite a contrast with Jesus' teachings:
"But whosoever shall deny me before men, him will I also deny before my Father which is in heaven." - Matthew 10:33 KJV
This seems to be the verse you are refering to:
And when ye go forth in the land, it is no sin for you to curtail (your) worship if ye fear that those who disbelieve may attack you. In truth the disbelievers are an open enemy to you. 4:101
It's odd how Muhammad made us "non-believers" out to be someone who should be feared to the point that they should hide their faith yet his followers are the ones who strike fear into men, women, & children around the world(even though 8:12 states that it is Allah who "will cast terror into the hearts of those who disbelieve.")
In comparison for Christians to strive to live the ways of Christ, deceiving seems to be a quality Muslims have taken to heart from Allah:
Verily, the hypocrites seek to deceive Allah, but it is He Who deceives them. And when they stand up for As-Salat (the prayer), they stand with laziness and to be seen of men, and they do not remember Allah but little. (They are) swaying between this and that, belonging neither to these nor to those, and he whom Allah sends astray, you will not find for him a way (to the truth - Islam). - Surah 4:142-143
He whom ALLAH guides, is on the right path. And they whom HE leaves in error, these it is who shall be the losers. - 7:142
Then Allah misleads whom He wills and guides whom He wills. 14:4
And whomsoever Allah guides, he is the follower of the right way, and whomsoever He causes to err, you shall not find for him guardians besides Him; and We will gather them together on the day of resurrection on their faces, blind and dumb and deaf; their abode is hell; whenever it becomes allayed We will add to their burning. - 17:97
It's nice to know that I'm an infidel because Allah made me this way(and apparently I'll be punished for it?); I would say "what a loving god" if it weren't for these:
Say: Obey Allah and the messenger. But if they turn away, lo! Allah loveth not the disbelievers (in His guidance). - 3:32
That God will ward off mischief from believers: for God loveth not the false, the Infidel. - 22:38
That He may reward out of His bounty those who believe and do good works. Lo! He loveth not the disbelievers (in His guidance). - 30:45
Not only has he led me astray & not love me, but what have I become because of this?
Verily, those who disbelieve from among the People of the Book and the idolaters, will be in the Fire of Hell, abiding therein. They are the worst of creatures. - 98:6
The worst creatures in the sight of GOD are those who disbelieved; they cannot believe. - 8:55
So in summary, Allah has deceived me & made me not capable of believing while in the process making me one of the "vilest of creatures" & one of the "worst creatures" who will be punished because he has made me this way.
To top it off, here's a heartwarming command never to take peace with us "vilest of creatures" unless they are weak.
Surah 47:35 - Be not fainthearted then; and invite not the infidels to peace when ye have the upper hand: for God is with you, and will not defraud you of the recompense of your works...
