what does va have to do with getting a ccw?
VA CCW process question
I just submitted all my paperwork at the court today and she put a bunch of stamps on it and told me that it would be sent to local police, state police etc...My question was in the end of the process do they mail me my actual permit or do I have to go back to the courthouse to pick it up? Also, how long has it taken people in VA to get theres. Thanks!

I live in Florida, so the process is different for me...
You might see if VA has a web site that would answer your questions... or call them on the phone... or wait to see if someone from VA pops up and can help you out...

Glockwork 23 lives in Virginia... He just wants to know if anyone here knows the process for getting his CCW card after applying for it...i really don't have a clue why you wonder/think there's anything that ties a ccw app in any state to va.
We're trying to help out, but it looks like we don't know either...

In Florida, CWP permits are controlled by the state. If anyone in Florida wants CWP information, they can look on the "Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services - Division of Licensing" web site... or call them.
