Nothing beats firing off real rounds, but dry firing still helps with trigger skills and general gun handling. With that thought I've been looking for a way to get a good trigger feel without having to cycle the slide after every dry fire.

I came across this product. Anyone have any experience with it? Or what about the red Glocks that are used for training?

Interesting... It looks like they chopped off the back of the cruciform to keep it from firing... I guess the red tab lets you know you have a non firing trigger in the gun...

The red Glocks are LEO only, best as I know...

Also it looks like the trigger bar is missing that vertical tab, so the firing pin safety can't be depressed. Definitely interesting.

I learned that DP is only the distributor. Looks like the original trigger assembly is through this place: http://www.southwestshootingauthority.com/612600.html

I just ordered one since it seems more legit for a non-LEO like me to own this, instead of a red Glock. Will post a report after I get it and use it.

I saw it listed in the Blue press but didn't pay too much attention to it. I guess it would work ok enough.

It will be interesting to see how close it feels to a normal dry-fire trigger pull...

Hope it works out for you...
