Safariland makes duty holsters for the G30, many of which can be converted to thigh rigs easily.

I have a Blackhawk Omega IV, it's nylon or whatever on the outside, but the holster seems like it's actually plastic or something. Very stiff. I rarely use it, but it looks nice and has a mag pouch on the front. Goes well with my drop leg AR-15 triple mag pouch.
Blackhawk makes kydex thigh holsters as well. This means your gun can get stuck in the holster on your leg, instead of your waist.

As JL mentioned already, Safariland makes them. Great quality if it's anything like Safariland's normal stuff. I have been looking into them now for a couple of months.

I had bought a second hand G-Code drop leg holster on a deal I just couldn't pass up. It is for an XD I am currently trying to sell. It seemed to work fine for what it was and it appeared to be on the cheaper end of the spectrum. I cannot anywhere that sells the G-Code holster any longer. I do not know if they went out of business.
The safariland holsters looked great but I couldn't find a price. And I'm sure like the rest of their stuff I'm sure its pretty costly. I want something I can wear while out on my property. Kind of a middle ground on cost verse quality.

And according to the Blackhawk website they do not offer one for the G30.

Search around on the net, and you will find them. Any of the three hole attachment holsters can be adapted to the MLS attachment system allowing the holster body to be switched from belt attchment to paddle to thigh rig to anything else to which you attach a receiver plate.
I'm kind of partial to Blade-Tech. They make some very durable and fast eqp.

I hadn't seen those before. Thank you for posting that Occam. I'll check out some reviews on those and see how they look. They seem to be right there in price with Safariland. Given that, I will probably go with Safariland, only because I am familiar with the Safariland gear. Always worth checking out though!
