For those of you who don't live in the South,
and think we are a bunch of uncivilized red necks well,
It's simply not true!
In fact, we have ladies' groups all over the
South that meet regularly to discuss
current events and develop needed home-skills.
For example, this photo was recently taken at a
ladies group meeting right here in North Carolina,
where they were discussing the elections coming up in
November 2010 and in 2012.

On a trip back from Savannah recently, I stopped at a gas station to fill up. I saw this magazine at the cash register. My wife did not let me buy it.
