I just bought a Model 19 Glock for my wife and she is experiencing difficulty in racking the weapon. She, apparently, is not strong enough.
I have been looking around for some kind of grip for the slide to help her out, but no luck.
Anybody have a solution?

Have her GRIP the slide (over the top) with her weak hand and PUSH the pistol with her shooting (strong) hand. This works well for women who do not have the strength to rack the slide in a conventional fashion.

Yea I agree with Tailhunter..

When she put the weak hand over the top you can hold the slide with the base of her palm and squeeze with finger tips. She can use the thumb alont with her index and middle fingers, but this technique is a little harder.

Be sure to still push the frame with her strong hand.

I've also found that it helps to rotate the gun to a horizontal position. It provides a more natural hand position for the weak hand to grip the slide and also sets up (aligns) the strong hand's shoulder better to do the push.

Tailhunter makes a good explanation. You could add some grip tape into that too on the sides of the slide.
