I've been wanting to post up a few pics of some of my GLOCKS. The first up is my everyday carry. G19/3 with TLR-1s in a Personal Security Systems Light Holster.

Nice... Thanks for posting the pictures...

Looks like you finally found a good holster for your 19 with the light on it...

Since you have two 19's... I'm curious why you carry the compensated 19... or maybe that was just for the pictures...

Here is my Trio, G19, G30 and G32. I have the 40 cal barrell for the G32 so that gives me calibers in 9mm, 357SIG, 40S&W and 45acp in Glocks. Now I need 45GAP and 10mm.

The holsters are fantastic. I've seen his and have some PSH gear myself.

Why not carry the G19C? I have one and it has proven itself reliable I plan to put it in my carry rotation as well and I currently have 4x G19s to choose from.

I have heard people say the blast will cause temp blindness or loss of "night eyes" when fired in the dark. I have also heard people express concern over the blast physically burning the shooter when fired in close quarters. The first concern (re: night eyes) is bunk. I don't find that to be the case and neither have any of the people I know that actually own a C model. The concern you might burn yourself is somewhat valid. However, I have sort of tested this theory a bit. On my first range visit with my C model I did some shooting from different retention positions. It reinforced my theory that burning would only be an issue is fired very close to your face or with the pistol rotated in such the port is pointing toward your body. Could it happen? Sure, but I don't think it would be severe or don't think you would really care or even notice in a defensive situation.

I have carried the 19c, and will do so again as soon as I add some Ameriglos to it. The picture of the 19c with the holster is actually the holster for my G38, but the 19 models fit in it just fine. I put it in there to make the photo look nicer. :)

The G34 has a LWD upper setup on a Glock Generation II frame. It has Ameriglo sights and mag funnel. This pistol stays with my B.O.B.
The G21SF is stock with the exception of the rounded trigger guard and a s/s recoil rod.
The G26 is stock with the exception of the rounded trigger guard. As you can see, I really dislike the Glock square trigger guard.
My G17 is being milled this week and hopefully I'll have pics next week sometime.

I fully agree with you Ted, I HATE that "hook" trigger guard! I'm thinking if it gets caught on something while swinging it around to position, I doubt the bad guy would stop if I yelled, "time out!"
I used my Dremel tool to grind the hook off, and leave it textured and not noticed without close exam. Looks like a handgun should! :)

It's still so odd to me to see a thread started by TheLaw showing off GLOCKs. He was anti-GLOCK for so long. I guess the Chief and I wore him down.
I think there are many of us like that.

I was a dyed-in-the-wool 1911 fan for more than 30 years. Plastic guns, particularly Glocks, were stupid. It was simply denial. If I had a dollar for every 1911 pistol I owned, I could go out for a nice dinner. Once I allowed sensibility in, there was no excuse.... The Glock is a superior combat weapon and better suited for defense than any 1911. I had a police academy friend that ended up being a highly successful Chief. He switched his department over to G21s decades ago when revolvers were still the most popular duty weapon. I argued the 1911 myth until I was blue in the face.

Obviously, he was smarter than me. 1911s are nice pistols. Everyone should own one at sometime. But, when the chips are down, give me a Glock.

Very Nice! I need to google that holster, I would like to be able to carry my 19 or 23 with my TLR-1 on it. The Law / VolGrad we should get together one saturday when it gets warmer and do some shooting.
Sure thing. If you still have my phone # hold on to it. I had hoped to get out yesterday but the wife had other plans for me.

Check out www.psholsters.com and you'll find what you need.

No doubt. I played into the whole GLOCK hate for several years. Mostly because I couldn't own a 45 ACP in a GLOCK that I could properly grip. It was most certainly a combination of VOL and JL getting me swapped over. I think the deal that broke the camels back was when I got to fire JL's G38. 45 ACP power in a 9mm sized handgun, with VERY little recoil. I bought one a week or so later, and then owned 2 more within a few months.

To be fair though, I tried not to bad mouth GLOCKs when discussing them against other guns. :)
