I went to the gun store. First mistake.

I asked to compare a standard Gen 3 Glock 21 to a Glock 21 SF. Held both and dry fired both for comparison. Bad move.

The Glock 21 SF grip felt slightly larger than a Glock 19. More importantly, the length of pull was about perfect for my hand. I did not have to semi-consciously curve my finger to prevent it from dragging on the frame.

Now I have to get one of these.

What I do is try to take my wife with me. Then I'm sure to not get to buy anything. :)

Ahhh...you're not doing it properly. You must first prepare her for shopping. Go to the Coach store first, THEN go to the gun show. Works every time.

Well, I got out of the gunshow with only a G17 mag and 3 AR mags. Least I've ever spent at a show. $44.00.
It was so packed you could not move, couldn't see anything. But I may go back tomorrow!

man that definitely doesn't work for me. Went shooting with a group of friends today, and one of them hard a S&W AR15 22LR, and my wife shot it and ordered one right then from the Range shop. This is the second time she has done this, first time was a friend HK USP 40, and it was the same friend.

But, I told her, no more until I get the Sig P229 I want, looks like next March for my birthday.

What did you think of that 22 ? I have the MP5 clone now, but was thinking of picking up one of the AR 15 models also.

I know the feeling!

Good luck in which ever one you choose... Both are nice guns...

We both like it, fun to shoot and it had no problem with Federal bulk ammo (very cheap). I would of like to held out for a larger cal, but it is just for having some fun.

I have one and really enjoy it. I bought an EoTech knock-off clone off Ebay which was cool until the batteries caught fire and roasted the internals. :(
