been using trijicons for years but putting some serious thought into going with some Heinie's or a set of novaks.
New Sights? What brand?
Do you change out your stock sights and if so what brands do you like?

I run 3 dot Trijicons on mine and they work.
Not sure what I'd go with if I were to change them out...
I run a 10-8 blank rear with painted front on my M&P which isn't a bad setup, and I've got some trigger time with streight eights and big dots...I seem to like the more traditional notch/post setup over the straight eights, though.

Ive run trijicon and meprolites, but like XS big dots best for carry. Hevent uesd target sights yet, looking into some LPAs for my 22.
Im looking at a set of Tru Glo TFO sights, just waiting on the gun show tmrw to see if I can save a few pennies.

what material the housing is made of
how many dots it uses > or does it use some other shape (triangle, etc.)
size of the dot
whether or not the dot is outlined
what color is the dot
serrated vs smooth face
customer service
price
There are many more factors but these are the ones that jump out at me.
I all aspects above I have found Ameriglo to work best for me. They have plenty of options too so what works best for me might not be best for you, depending on your eyes and your shooting style.

What is funny is once the lights go down the differences in most NS fade away. It's how they perform in normal light where they earn their keep. Does that make sense?
If I take a couple of my pistols into a pitch black room really all I see different is how many dots, what color the dots are, etc. The overall sight picture looks the same.
The "keep" NS earn is how fast/easy they get on target in normal "lit" conditions.
