I tried signing up at the other Glock forum but after waiting for 3 months for my membership to get approved, I decided to come here because that's completely unacceptable in my book
Anyways...
I decided to give the G26 a try to replace my daily carry of an HK USP Compact 45. I was debating the G26 and the G27, but decided to go with the G26 due to the less recoil and the added 2 rounds. After my first range with it, I found the G26 to be a perfect weight and caliber combination for such a pistol. Recoil is very manageable so my follow up shots are very quick. I'm quite impressed with this little guy and living a few miles from Smyrna Ga where the Glock Customer Service is Second To None I'm quite happy. The only complaint I would have is the slide lock is too hard to grip, but adding the extended slide lock solved the problem, now its perfect.
I am a converted Glock fan, and recently listed my now seemly heavy and bulky HK USP Compact .45 forsale.
