it's called Sinclair International. I checked out the site and they have a very limited variety of ammo on hand since they just started out, but it might be something interesting to follow once they get more stuff on hand

Do you have a "averge" figure on how much per round it costs to reload 10mm? Do you reload? Would it be worth investing in equip just to do 10mm (and since I would then have the equip, 40 cal S&W)?

no, i don't load any ammo. i just don't have time at the moment. i'd definitely like to get into it at some point, though

most folks seem to load their own 10mm do so in order to get the velocity they want, in addition to saving money on ammo costs. not sure exactly how much cheaper it is though.
