I had this made by a family friend (Joe Teague, who generally makes knives for peoples who participate in 1800s fur trade era Rendezvous events.) to take with me during my deployment to Iraq in 2005. Its made out of Damascus steel and I wrapped the handle with 550 chord. In a way, Im kinda disappointed that it was never proven, if ya get my drift.
