The dollar or two difference for 50 rd of 9mm online and in the local stores sometimes still is better because of the high shipping costs that seem to go up daily. Bulk, free shipping is the way I guess to get around that if you can shell the $$$ all out at once. I was shocked to find CCI Mini Mag 100 rd pack at Walmart yesterday for $10.99.....beat Rural King with their one and only .22 ammo... Norma @ $8.99 a box of 50.

Oddly, a search for that deal, or any ammo from Walleye World brings no results, either they quit listing ammo online or my store and others around me quit selling it !

Walmart does not list ammo on website but still sells rifle ammo. You have to go there to see what they have.

22lr is considered rifle ammo so they are still selling it.

The Gainesville, Fl Walmart by me usually has .22 ammo, but is Federal or Winchester most of the time. with Remington occasionally. Finding CCI Mini mags was indeed a treat.

I am about 1 1/2 hours from my closest Academy. Fighting the morning traffic to get to Jacksonville is not happening. Have to get there early (when the doors open) 99% of the time to have any avail. I have plenty....and then some of .22, just that it is Amscor, Federal and Aguila. I wanted to use CCI to break the P17 in. Picked up another 200 rds today.

All of the Academys within 100 miles of my area, (including the store here) are out of stock on CCI. As I live on an island hunting is not prevalent, over on the mainland we do have several communities that allow hunting on lands, guess the stock is mostly found in areas that cater to hunting grounds.
