glock 22c,500 rounds everything is stock. front of the slide is not align with frame . I had no malfunction after finding this out. I'm not sure what to do, that's why I have sigh up in this forum to get some help, advice. I would really appreciate everybody.
Doesn't look right to me. Looks like it's out of battery. You didn't show a picture from the top, but is the top of the barrel aligned flush with the top of the slide? (at the ejection port).
added more pictures, if it helps I bought the gun from a ppt, I didn't notice it at the time, I also test fired before I bought it. no problems issues. after that shot more rounds through it no issues, clean the firearm and notice something didn't look right.
Looking at my Gen4 G17 and Gen3 G19, both of the slides are a tiny bit forward of the receiver, which is opposite of yours. In your pics, is the chamber empty, i.e. no round in there?
no rounds in chamber, I want the make sure if this is something I would need to send to glock? u mention your glock is a little push forward, but you haven't had any malfunctions?

Nope. Mine's working great. Can you check your slide lock to make sure it's not installed backward? That's the only other thought I have. I have the same concerns as rangerbluedog. Check out the pictures on this thread, that talks about Glock slide locks:
Do the serial numbers match on your slide and frame? There is a serial number tab in front of the trigger guard embedded in the frame and the serial number is obvious on the slide.
It appears that there has been some sort of coating applied to the frame, does that coating (paint or certa-cote) coat any of the inside of the frame? That may be part of the issue...
glad we could help, and thank YOU for the followup. Always good to see a resolution. The other thread, with cohland's legendary pics, was unresolved and the OP left everyone hanging.
I'm glad you showed me that link, now I can send my frame for a new paint job, I was close to given up on it. it's my first glock. all right thanks again for your help.
Send it to Glock GA. They'll fix it for likely free.
