OK, the 21 was introduced in the Gen2 period and the 37 in the Gen3 period. The 21SF was introduced to compete in US Military weapons trials. The grip was reduced in size to more closely match the Beretta 92 in an effort to bring the .45ACP back into the US Military. The 37 .45GAP was introduced to bring .45ACP power into US Police markets in the size of a 17 package. (I apologize if this is wrong, please feel free to correct me).
So to the question I impose is, If the .45GAP could be put in a 17 package, couldn't Glock just as easily put the .45ACP into the 17/19 package for the Gen4 gun? I ask because I really want a Glock .45ACP in a 19 sized gun. Please add your input, Thanks, Boomer.
