It's all part of the federal government's war on the 2nd amendment. Prior to politicians soap boxing about the "evil of guns in society", most folks "assumed" if they saw a person with a holstered gun in public that they were safer as they were in a room with "armed authority"… Now, "authority" is telling everyone that an inanimate object is "evil and dangerous"…

I can't post the video (too much language) but it sure fits the situation… America needs to "Harden the #@&% up…" Be warned, heavy accent and LOTS of language, but very funny and applicable.

PS sorry about the title… I didn't realize that would show… My bad…. Now fixed.

Absolutely Ed!

This is one of the reasons I advocate open carry, if nothing more than to try to change public perception. It's a shame the way the general public perceives guns, and how they react to the sight of them. Oh how I pine for a world like the days of old when the sight of a gun made people feel safe, rather than getting them escorted from a restaurant.

I'm glad you guys liked Chopper Reid… Believe it or not, that's from Australian broadcast TV! That guy is quite the character …. The video posted is a parody of Chopper, but there was indeed a "real" Chopper Reid, although he recently died.

There are a bunch of "Chopper" spoof videos from an Aussie TV show (check YouTube), I love 'em all!
