I had a letter published in the most recent GLOCK Report for 2010. My prize was better than $100 though. I won a free GLOCK. I paid the upgrade and ended up with a OD G34 for $114.49 after tax.

Someone put on a pot of coffee, I'd like to hear a few good stories. Heck I'm retired Navy so I love "lies and sea stories".

I forgot I had my picture in the Nov 2010 issue of Combat Handguns too. I think it was page 78. The pic looks very similar to my avatar.
What the heck is your avatar picture?

It looks like an airplane or something...

It's a picture of me engaging targets from the deck ... if you look really close NTA is the next shooter down the line.
Ah, I see...

Now that I see the full sized picture I can tell what's going on in the avatar...

Pretty cool picture... Looks like you just fired and the slide is rocked back... gun smoke in the air... only thing that would make that a better picture is to Photoshop in a bullet... ;)

You can see a mag already on the deck so I've done a re-load at least once. Not sure if this was locked back or just in motion. A guy on ARFCOM did some magic on the avatar and added muzzle flash. It's cool. Not sure it will work here but if you go there you can see it.
