Finally put it back together after a full detail strip and cleaning. This one came to me in a box of guns I purchased from an individual and was spotted with some surface rust and grime. It came with gold grip medallions and black slot head grip screws, I think this is much better :

I knew the owner, who has passed on, and guess it is a 1970/1980 era model, I will try and look it up.
