Just got home from getting my second Glock ever. I chose the 30SF. I got it from http://www.kylesgunshop.com. He is local to me and a very nice guy to deal with. I went to buy the 30SF and he had a 36 for me to compare, just in case and I didnt like the skinnyness of the frame. The SF felt perfect for me...I had never held one, only a G30...I like the SF30 feel better than the 30 feel. Ill be shooting it tomorrow. One thing I noticed is how hard it is to get the mag into the gun...loaded mag or not.. Im thinking it will loosen up/get easier over time. Also the slide got stuck on the frame the first time I tried to take it off. I wiggled it off and it goes on and off normally like my G26 now.

Ill post some pics eventually. Im glad to have a .45 again. My last one was 10 years ago and it was a Ruger P90.

Thanks folks. I'll be testing it out tomorrow. Hope it works like Glocks work. It's still a tad rough to take down... Rougher than the 26 for sure. But the 26 has seen a few k down the pipe. Betty from Glock passed it so it should be G2G.
