I have been reading threads on this forum for a couple days and thought it might be cool to start a thread where all the experienced glock owner's who have "been there, done that" post up links to sites that they have had good experiences with(prices, customer service, selection, information, yadda, yadda, yadda).I'm new here,so if I missed one here,I apologize in advance.I was just thinking how much a thread like this could help us new glock owners trying to optimize the potential of an allready fantastic weapon!

I keep my glock's stock. But have a LoneWolf barrel for my G20sf 10mm bought for shooting HardCast lead plus a L/W s/s guide rod and a 20#ISMI recoil spring for hot 10mm ammo.GlockMeister sells Glocks and many parts also. If you need something specific then that would be much easier for links to what you are interested in. Sorry i was not much help. I have plenty of links but need what for, thanks

The only mod I have made to my gen 4 G17 is a Ghost Rocket 3.5# trigger kit. As previously noted, most of the folks on this forum keep their guns pretty stock.... They are Glocks! Many other platforms (read 1911) modify extensively for various reasons, but Glocks are that good out of the box that many mods actually decrease performance and safety. Even the trigger job I did gets mixed reviews from the more experienced owners involved here.

The main thing I would suggest is to shoot the heck out of your new pistol and then decide "if" there are any mods that would increase your enjoyment of your Glock. For me, the Ghost trigger improved my accuracy noticeably. Not because there was anything "wrong" with the stock trigger, I was too impatient in my trigger pull and consistently fired low left because I was "slapping" the trigger. The shorter and lighter trigger pull has helped my poor trigger performance, not the Glocks...

Welcome aboard, and enjoy getting to know your gun.... and your own habits.

+1 to Glockmeister.com, they have good sales periodically and shipping is fast, due to me being in NM and them in AZ, perks of location I guess.
I also love Cheaperthandirt.com for general firearm stuff and ammo
Ammunitiontogo.com is also great for ammo, they usually have 50 round boxes of Federal HST's in various grains for less than 30.00 (picked up 124gr +p's for 27.00) for 9mm.

GT Distributors (GT Distributors - America's Law Enforcement supply specialist) because they actually list the GSSF prices on their website.
I use Freedom Munitions ammo for it's value Ammunition Online at Factory Direct Prices | Freedom Munitions | Handgun Ammo & Rifle Ammo

I recently stumbled across this Pro-shot cleaning rod Universal Pistol .22-.45 Cal. which turned out to be a much higher quality rod than I expected for the price.

I think the Glock factory night sights are a good value that most people overlook.
MGW sight pusher
Dawson Precision - amazing customer service (call them over ordering online)

Not sure if that helped with what you are looking for but hope so.
