Will any g19 mag fit into a g23 gen 4? Or does it also have to be from a g19 gen 4? Thanks

The only "exception" would be if you've switched the mag release over to left hand mode, in which case you'd need to stick with a Gen 4 mag that has the cuts on both sides of the mag for the mag release. Other then that you can use any Gen mag although if you're buying new mags the price would be the same for a Gen3 or Gen4 so you may as well get the Gen4 and be done with it.
