Will any g19 mag fit into a g23 gen 4? Or does it also have to be from a g19 gen 4? Thanks

Yup, any of the G19 mags work fine. I use regular gen 3 G19 mags in my Gen 4 23 all the time without issue. I also use the G19 recoil spring assembly when I convert to 9mm because it helps out with the fact that the extractor and ejector are a bit different for .40 over 9mm. I'll occasionally get some brass go over my head instead of where it should, but it's not bad at all.
