Hello all, first time poster.
So.....in a rush to complete a build, I hastily traded for a G30 slide. The problem is I havent looked at my frame for so long that I forgot it was a G30SF. Has anyone ever tried this combination? I cant get the slide to pull all the way back and lock in place. The slide came with the lasermax recoil spring installed. Could this be the problem?

Pulling from memory but pretty certain both models use the same slide/barrel. The SF only changed the grip.

The 30s used the thinner profile slide like the 36 but I believe that slide is interchangeable on the 3 frames as well.
