Okays guys I went to my local gun shop today and found some "new" stuff to ogle and drool over. Here's the deal,my idea is to get one of the toys I was interested in, so I need your help here. Only going to get one since I haven't won the lotto yet. Tell my what you would go for:

1) gen3 glock 30..used had a little holster wear

2)gen3 glock20...used,have laser in place

3) draganov...Wife already has one..sweet shooter too!

4)colt ar 15...NEW,heavy barreled, made for 3 gun shoots
(I'm too slow for 3 gun shoots, still nice gun)

5)new tires for the Tundra..if you say this one my wife will
very happy, but not me!!:p

Well, let's see...

I would probably avoid the G20 because 10mm ammo is supposed to be hard to get and expensive...

The G20 would add another caliber size, plus you have a lot of Glocks...

Don't know what a draganov is, so I wouldn't get one... ;)

Tires are out for sure...

I'd go for the AR-15... Would be fun to shoot... I'd like to get one some day, so that's what I would pick fpr you!!!

Hahaha...

G20s are nice, but if you dont reload, ammo can be scares and expensive. And if its not and SF model and you have smaller hands, then I would let it go. The G30 would be a nice addition, but again if its not and SF model and you have small hands, Id let it go. Another Dragunov would be cool, since your wife has one, you would just have to buy more of the same ammo. The AR-15 would be a good grab to, depending on the rifling, if its 1 n 8 or 9 I would get it, because that allows more accurate shooting of heavy 69 and 77 grain bullets. Tires, if they arent bald, then you dont need new ones yet.

They are supposed to be pretty nice guns, and accurate to boot. But just ask rydd2 what he thinks.

Dragunovs are Russian Sniper Rifles. Loosely based off of the AK-47 design, which shoots the 7.62X54mmR rimmed cartridge. There are three different basic design differences in Dragunovs as I understand it. The original design, a shortened design and a version that more closely looks like a AK-47.

I would go with the Dragnov. Reason is ammo compatibility. If you get the AR (which is my favorite platform by the way) it is just another type of ammo to have to buy or re-load for. 7.62x54 is fairly cheap ammo by comparison too. As for the pistols I am not a big 10mm nut. I like 45s I can cheaply re-load for and the lead in a glock is a bad idea. I am not even going to talk about tires

Id go with the AR if you dont have one and dont mind adding another caliber. Id go with the Dragunov if you wana keep calibers the same. Those would be my choices for rifles. As for pistols, scratch the 10mm out ammo is too expensive. Id consider the G30 if its a SF model, otherwise let it go. Did you mention something about tires? I dont remember.

I'd say draganov, but only if you're not reloading the 10mm for G20. 10mm is a nice round, but like the other's said ammo is hard to come by. The G20 fits good, at least in my hand. :) Either way if you buy used be sure you inspect the firearm good, you don't need a lemon.

Ok...G30 if it's an sf,skip the 20 altogether, ar 15 if you don't have one,and tires if you end up on the side of the road on the way to the gun shop.:)As for the draganov you already have one in the family so get something you don't have or that you need.
