I just called and someone answered the main line. I asked for the promo department and she stated they didn't have one. I told her I had heard that I could call this number and pres option 3 but the promo departrment to get some patches and the like. She stated that they didn't have an option 3, and she doesn't know why that is on the website. ( I never mentioned website) She transferred me to the mailroom, where I received a message to leave my name and address.

We'll see what happens.

when i called during business hours the lady hung up on me wheni asked for the free promo stuff
