I've had this book a while - it's kind of a double-book.. 2 in 1 by Massad Ayoob.
The first half is Gun Proof your Children - which gives some good safety ideas for a household w/ guns and kids.
The second half is Massad Ayoob's handgun primer - which is a good all-around gun book.
It's not very long, but has some good info in it.
