I have two pair of 5.11 pants hanging in my closet. Each has been worn twice at most. They are sized 32x30 but I am not. I paid $40 each plus shipping.

What can I say about these? They are tactical. They have lots of pockets.

Excellent condition as I said. They were each worn no more than twice before I added a couple of pounds and couldn't wear them any longer.

For sale or trade as a "lot", it's both pairs or nothing here.

Asking $40 shipped for both pairs. Will trade for GLOCK mags in 9mm. Must be full capacity and in as new condition. Might consider high quality Kydex gear for same.

I would have to go back in a time machine to wear anything with a 32 inch waist...

...but, I have been looking at the 5.11 Tactical pants recently... I have never seen any in person, but they look good...

I want to buy a holster with 1 3/4 inch loops and that means a 1 3/4 inch belt and pants that will accept a 1 3/4 inch belt... This may be an expensive holster!

How did you like them?

Not to hijack the thread but you should check out the LAPoliceGear.com website for pants. Great quality pants, different styles, MUCh cheaper!

Thanks, Ron... That's a good tip...

I don't think Vol will be too mad... His pants already sold...

Nah ... hijack away. They are sold. lol.

The pants are fine but I too prefer the LAPG version. NO joke. I have a couple of pair of the LAPG that are my go-to for range/class as they fit better. They are not only a larger size but are cut more generously in the rear end where I need it. I think they usually sell for about $14 too. I'll go find a link ...

I am not sure specifically which style I have but think they were actually some "seconds" they sold last year.

Thanks, Kevin... I appreciate the link, too...

I'm trying to decide whether to go with a 1 1/2 inch or 1 3/4 inch belt... The 1 1/2 inch belt would fit more pants (for CCW), but the 1 3/4 inch belt would provide move vertical support. Plus, all the holsters would need to be the belt size.

I'm going to get one of the Original Instructor Belts that jl posted... They look pretty comfortable and sturdy.

Get a 1.5" belt. I have never needed anything more and sometimes carry a steel Govt 1911.

I have a 5-stitch Wildneness Instructor belt, one with whatever is stronger (poly insert or something), and a frequent flyer and love them. You won't be disappointed.

I'll second the 1.5" belt! TONS more holster, gears and pants will fit 1.5 over 1.75

The Combat Shooters Model (CSM) with the polyethylene insert.

That's good advice, Vol... Thanks.
